WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS
PRESTON
Preston wrote a book summary for his Language Arts this week. It was a book called "Chico of the Andes." He also painted a picture of a llama that turned out really great.
MARISSA
Marissa wrote a paper about allegiance for her Sword of Freedom class this week. She did a great job!
She has also been working on her art work as well as memorizing lines and helping with scenery for her play "Into the Woods."
CALEB
Caleb is really enjoying reading the "Imagination Station" series right now. His favorite reading spot is in the yoga trapeze in our garage.
His favorite class is a Minecraft coding class through outschool every Monday afternoon. He is learning so much and having a great time!
OTHER
SEPTEMBER 11 COMMEMORATION
Our family attended the Weber County commemoration of September 11 this week. It was so well done! We had a great time seeing different emergency vehicles, talking to a firefighter and policeman who were there on 9/11, and seeing a piece of an airplane from the rubble. We especially loved the walk through history that reminded us about the 90's and then ended with information about the twin towers. It was beautiful!
