MATH

Preston:

Preston completed four assignments in his math book this week.  He also practiced math facts on the MathSeeds app.   

Marissa:

Marissa completed four assignments in her math book this week.  She also practiced math facts on the MathSeeds app.  

Caleb:

Caleb completed three assignments in his math book this week.  He also watched his “Math through Music and Movement” class on YouTube.  They read a book called "Animals on Board."  

LANGUAGE ARTS

Preston:

Preston completed four assignments in his language arts book this week.  He also completed three modules in TTRS and read for 30 minutes every day.  

Marissa: 

Marissa completed four assignments in her language arts book this week.  She also completed two modules in TTRS and read for 20 minutes every day.  

Caleb:

Caleb completed three lessons in his “Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons” book.  He also listened to more chapters of "Mr. Popper's Penguins" in his “Sing, Read and Write” class through YouTube.  

AMERICAN HISTORY

Preston & Marissa:

Preston and Marissa attended their “Let’s Rock American Government” class at ZigArts this week.  They both presented their bills to the committee.  Marissa's was about turning off electrical devices in a storm.  Preston's was a bill requiring one act of kindness a day.  They did a great job!  

Caleb:

Caleb watched a YouTube video for his “I Love America” class at ZigArts this week.  We learned a little about trains a couple weeks ago so we revisited the topic again this week.  It was a lot of fun!  

ENTREPRENUER (The Art of Business)

Preston, Marissa & Caleb:

Preston, Marissa & Caleb watched a video on BizKids this week.  It was an episode discussing the different between cash and credit that also explained how debit cards are used.

They also created art of their choice.

OPTIONAL (Karate, Tumbling, Musikgarten)

Preston:

Preston attended his karate Zoom class two times this week.  

Marissa:

Marissa rode her bike and scooter and jumped on the trampoline for PE this week.  She also practiced her clogging in the garage.  We got a pogo stick and Marissa has been practicing on it all week.  

Caleb:

Caleb listened to songs from his Musikgarten CD and danced around the room.  He also practiced his dance for the penguin performance which is set to Schubert's Military March.  We love that song!  

OTHER

Preston, Marissa & Caleb:
We went to Willard Bay to get out of the house and enjoy some sun.  The water was a bit cold, but the kids didn't seem to care one bit!
